TABATA 30:30 (Virtual or In-Person):
Another form of high intensity interval training. Participants perform two exercises, back-to-back (no rest in between) for 4 sets, then a full rest for 90 seconds and repeat 3 more times. 25 minutes start to finish: stretch, warm-up, 4 rounds, cool-down and stretch – DONE!
